Sylvania Waters 01 involved a complete restoration of an existing art deco style home. The works included facade alterations to front and rear facade, new floor to ceiling glazing system at rear of property, Cantilevered awnings at front and rear of property, renovation of existing pool, upgrade of all existing internal finishes and internal layout changes.
