Sylvania Waters Modern

Sylvania Waters Modern combines minimalist Bauhaus architectural design with modern architectural elements. The straight sleek line design with the block forms presents a stripped-down plan design which emphasises the spaciousness of the home. Our main priority was to capture views of Gwawley Bay meanwhile keep the pool as a central feature of the design. As a result, the main living, dining and kitchen space was designed in between both spaces providing views of both the bay and pool area. The modern aesthetic of the home was supplemented by the off-form concrete features, cortem metal entry and wooden columns throughout the household. The black metal frames and black joinery within the kitchen ties the colour palette together contrasting the white walls with the timber accents mediating both elements. The Hawkesbury Esplanade project presents a modern home that imbues a sense of luxury and grandeur through its sleek, minimalistic design.
